It's almost a sin that I haven't done a piece based on another of my favorite game characters!
Crash Bandicoot caught my eye quite fast when it came out during his best years, when developed by Naughty Dog for the first Playstation. Those games were really fun and challenging, SPECIALLY the first game, which can be a royal pain in the ass.
I even loved his kart racer, Crash Team Racing. It was actually a well done game and had nothing to envy on Nintendo's own Mario Kart series.
But, those days are sadly in the past because when Naughty Dog left Crash to co-developer Universal and jumped to the PS2 era up until Activision acquired the rights, things started to go downhill for my pal and his friends.
It would be great that Activision could take a page from what they've done with Spyro (who's having sort of a surprise revival with the Skylanders franchise) and what Ubi-Soft did with Rayman Origins and simply bring back Crash to active duty instead of flooding us with more Call of Duty, which is pretty much the only thing Activision is doing...
Here in this piece are Crash (middle) with his sister Coco (right) and Aku-Aku (left).
Also, it's dedicated to
and her amazing pictures cosplaying as Coco. Check them out, as well as other cosplays in her gallery, she's amazing.
